We are here to help you sell your home and find you a new one. That might seem obvious but there is a big difference between a good estate agency and a great one – the personal touch. From the moment you come to us to market your property to the day you hand over the keys we strive to give you that little bit extra.

When we visit your home to appraise and value it we never forget that it is your home, and all that it means to you. We’ll offer our professional opinion on how best to present your home to get the best possible price and the speediest sale. We do not mean painting everything magnolia, despite what the property programmes may tell you.

We take the time to look around properly, with fresh eyes which means we might spot really good selling points, that you may not have considered – room to extend, a good school catchment area, a new boiler…all the better to attract prospective purchasers. We will also – tactfully – point out where there is room for improvement.

We are all local, either born and bred or having lived in the area for many years, so we can give prospective buyers all the information they need relating to your home – from local facilities and parking to distance from the station and local shops.

We employ a professional property photographer to show your home to best effect, both online – on all the major property portals, in the press and in our attractively produced marketing literature.

Our viewings are:

   • Always scheduled at your convenience.
   • At your convenience we will accompany viewers, so you need not worry about having to show people around.
   • We always provide you with invaluable feedback from all viewings, helping you address any concerns if need be.

Naturally we’ll be there to help you consider offers and negotiate a good deal. We will use our considerable expertise to advise you – for instance, if a lower offer from a chain-free would-be buyer would be better than relying on someone, offering more, but who is in a long chain or not ready to proceed with their sale.

We stay in constant touch with buyers, surveyors, solicitors and Enegry Performance Certificate (EPC) assessors to make your sale run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
