Completing almost 10 years service there, he successfully worked his way up the ladder and achieved Partner status before launching his own business. After graduating from Buckinghamshire University, David started his career working for a large national Estate Agency in St Albans and then an independent Estate Agent. David has built up an outstanding knowledge of all aspects of the Sales and Lettings industry within St Albans. Nick has lived in Harpenden and latterly Wheathampstead for over 30 years. He went to Roundwood Park school and has been in the property industry since completing his education in 1994. He started as a junior negotiator in Hemel Hempstead and worked there for three years before moving to Harpenden in 1997. In 2003 he set up his own business in Wheathampstead and has gone from strength to strength offering high levels of customer service. Many vendors have come back to Nick time and again over the years. He has a vast depth of knowledge and experience covering both residential sales and lettings.

Having gained a degree in 1987 Kris joined a highly successful Independent Estate Agency in Buckinghamshire. After a number of years managing ‘High End’ offices around The Chalfonts area Kris moved to St Albans where he spent nearly 10 years before setting up his own business. Having sold the business Kris was delighted to be back in St Albans which he considers to be a vibrant, charming and interesting city, which is a wonderful place to work in.  With over 30 years experience his knowledge and understanding of the property market is invaluable when dealing with delicate negotiations and looking after what is usually someones  greatest asset. Outside of work Kris enjoys spending time with his family, walking along The Downs, travelling, and supporting his football club which will remain anonymous!

Having worked in the lettings business for over 9 years, Gemma has obtained an immense knowledge within this industry. In 2008 Gemma joined a St. Albans based estate agents as a senior lettings negotiator, where after 2 years, Gemma’s zeal, diligence and comprehension, consolidated with exceptional results, gained her the position of Lettings Manager within the Harpenden Branch. Gemma prides herself on providing an efficient and high level of customer service to both Landlords and Tenants. Born & educated in St. Albans, Gemma later moved to Harpenden with her family. Amar became fully qualified to give advice and recommendations on Mortgages and Protection in 2005. Now with over 10 years of experience in the industry Amar has decided to return to the City where it all started for him. His love for St Albans has brought him back and he is also now looking to settle in the city with his wife and two young children. After working through the booming market years in St Albans and in London during the recession, Amar has gained exceptional experience and lender knowledge due to the diversity of clients he has helped over the years. Jacqui moved to Wheathampstead in 1988 and got married at St.Helens Church. She has two children that were educated locally and has a vast network of friends. Having moved three times within the village Jacqui is well qualified to answer any questions on the local schools and facilities. Indeed she is a keen tennis player and is a member of the local club.

Helena has been working in the St Albans property market for over 15 years; there isn’t a school catchment, Ofsted rating or parking condition she could not tell you about.

Frances has over 30 years experience in the bookkeeping business which started in a small local company 26 years ago. Frances started with C & T in 2012 and has become a fundamental instrument within the company working between the office and home. She was born in London and raised in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield  where she now resides with her husband, pet cat and five chickens! Frances has one daughter who lives close by. When not applying her bookkeeping skills Frances can be found in the garden, and has a keen interest in genealogy.
