Stuart entered the property scene in 2001, joining one of the UK’s largest estate agencies. After nearly a decade of hard work and rising to Partner level, Stuart realised it was time to take his career to the next level. In 2011, he co-founded Cassidy & Tate with his business partner, David Tate, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career.

After almost 19 years of experience in Marshalswick, selling local homes and building strong relationships with clients, Stuart shifted his focus in 2020 to launch the Land Department within Cassidy & Tate. This is where Stuart truly came into his own, quickly becoming one of the leading Land Directors in the area. He now deals with a range of new homes sites and off-market land sales, helping both buyers and developers navigate the complexities of land transactions.

Stuart is known for his deep expertise, his exceptional client service, and his ability to make deals happen. Whether it’s land or property, his dedication to delivering results sets him apart in the local market.

Outside of work, Stuart enjoys life to the fullest with his wife Frances and their two young children (aged 3 and 4). When he has some free time, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, perfecting his swing.
