Lily recently graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Real Estate and Property Management and has joined the Cassidy & Tate team as a Land Assistant. During her time at university, she built a solid understanding of the property industry, with modules covering valuation, property management, and development. This academic experience has provided her with the skills and knowledge to begin her career in land and development, and she is eager to apply what she has learned in a practical setting.

Completing her degree in Leeds allowed Lily to experience first-hand how a major UK city continues to grow and adapt through new investment and regeneration. This gave her valuable insight into different parts of the UK property market, from residential development to commercial schemes, and helped her develop a clear interest in the role land plays in bringing forward opportunities for future growth

As a Land Assistant, Lily is looking forward to gaining hands-on experience, supporting the team across all stages of the development process, and developing her knowledge of the planning system. She will be working alongside the team, learning from her experience in land and development, and contributing to the team’s continued success.
