We used Cassidy and Tate for the sale and purchase of our house and it felt very easy and straightforward. All the team knew what was happening and were quick to communicate any interest, activity and viewing feedback. We sold when the local market was definitely slow and they were proactive in finding ways to create the necessary viewings.
