Graham is well known in the St Albans property market having worked in the Three Counties area and City since the mid 90’s.

He passionately believes in demonstrating excellent and exemplary service levels to clients, in whatever price ranges they are buying or selling in – although he particularly specialises in the upper market sector.

As a long time professionally qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents and with a very hands on approach combined with over 35 years’ agency experience, he is very keen to demonstrate that agents aren’t just employed to sell houses but appointed to oversee and proactively manage the whole moving process with calm efficiency and empathy- from the first meeting to handing the keys over. This ethos is what differentiates the Cassidy and Tate team from other agents in the area.

Away from the office he is a keen sea and freefall skydiver. With three daughters at University around the UK, he spends any free time either in the sky, under the water or on the M1!
